DOCTOR FLY 120 FOTOCELLULA is a professional microdosing sprayer fitted with photocells, with Cardan joint pump and 120-litre tank to be applied to the tractor.
It produces a localised spray on each plant.
The cab controls allow you to determine the dose to be distributed with precision to the nearest millilitre.
The tank has a capacity of 120 litres (24 hectares, envisaging the distribution of a mixture of 5 litres per hectare).
It is used to distribute Spintor Fly, and in general all products designed to be distributed in predetermined microdoses that always have to be the same.
Spintor Fly is an adulticide, which is allowed in organic farming, specifically designed to fight the olive and fruit fly.

ADJUSTING THE SPRAY WITH PRECISION TO THE NEAREST MILLILITRE
Adjusting the spray to the nearest millilitre is very easy.
Simply type in the millilitres that you want to be distributed in each spray into the cab controls.
• It is possible to automate the sprays using the photocells or by setting an automation according to the desired speed.
• By turning the adjustable jet you can determine the width of the spray.
• You can use the steel bar to adjust the angle.
• Possibility of working only on the left or right.

The shape of the tank ensures the total suction of the liquid, even on a slope.
DISTRIBUTING SPINTOR FLY
Thanks to the experience that we have acquired on the field, we can advise you on the use of Spintor Fly.
Since this is an adulticide, the most important advice is to act promptly at the first signs of flying flies, before it can begin to lay eggs, and always follow the plant protection bulletins in your area.
Spintor Fly is an insecticide bait based on Spinosad produced by Dow AgroSciences. It is necessary to prepare a mixture of 5 l/ha (1 part product + 4 parts water) and produce sprays of large droplets, located on a 30/40 cm portion of the foliage. In plots with up to 100 plants per hectare, we suggest you treat all plants. In intensive crops, you should treat every other plant, or every other row. Suppose we have 300 plants and we need to treat 150. If we make a quick calculation, we can determine the dose for every single spray: 5,000 ml (5 litres): 150 = 33.3 ml.
With our microdosing sprayers, you can set 33 ml per spray, and be certain that you achieve uniform treatment, without waste and at maximum effectiveness.
