Advantages
Using AQUILOTTO ISOBUS allows you to save up to 50% of product.
Thanks to an advanced and specific software it is possible to obtain greater precision compared to the more generic models.
In detail, the software allows you to:
• Limit false readings as much as possible
A small post or tall grass is no longer a problem.
• Exceed the distance limit between the photocell and the jets
For example, the photocells can be mounted where it is most comfortable, even in front of the tractor, and the control unit will store the position of the plants.
• Predict the location of plants
In some difficult cases, for example when the sensor has to see very small plants, it can happen that even the most performing photocells or radars have some oversights.
In these situations, our control unit foresees the correct position of the plant and activates the spraying anyway.
• Control of the quantity of product distributed in real time
During processing, the control unit counts the liters that are actually distributed.
There are three main viewers:
1. Counts of liters distributed since the start of work
2. Real-time display of L/ha when the nozzles are open, so you can see what the L/ha would be without interruption.
During breaks between plants the value will be zero.
3. Visualization of the estimate of the L/ha that are actually being distributed also taking into account the interruptions.
Distribution control example:
It is necessary to distribute 500 L/ha in a field of 10 ha.
Let's assume that at a speed of 5 Km/h and a pressure of 15 bar, with nozzles always open, exactly 500 L/ha are distributed.
Let's therefore assume that the plants are spaced out so as to obtain a saving of 50%.
After 1 hectare of work 250 L will have been distributed (viewer 1).
While the nozzles are open in correspondence with the plant, display 2 will indicate 500 L/ha.
Viewer 3 will instead indicate 250 L/ha, i.e. what we are actually distributing
